4. ORDER PROCESSING AND SHIPPING
All orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days from the date of payment confirmation. If an order is placed on a non-business day, it will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping times vary depending on the destination. Once an order has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email.

9. AMARE VIP MEMBERSHIP
By subscribing to Amare VIP Membership, you agree to the following terms:

Membership Fee: The subscription is charged monthly and is non-refundable.

Exclusive Benefits: Members receive exclusive discounts, early access to new collections, and special promotions.

Cancellation: You may cancel your membership at any time through your our website. The cancellation will be effective at the end of your current billing cycle and will still have access to all of AMARE VIP MEMBERSHIP perks until then.

Changes to Membership: We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the membership program at any time without prior notice.

Membership charges are refundable up to 3 days before next billing cycle if none of our membership benefits have been used
IMPORTANT :By placing your monthly recurring order of our VIP MEMBERSHIP - you will be charged NOW and $29.99 every 30 days thereafter until you cancel your subscription. You will receive an electronic notification 5 to 7 days prior to your transaction and receipt after each successful transaction

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
