Refund Policy
At Amare Frames, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may request a return in accordance with the policy below.

Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery of your item.

Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns for both opened and unopened items, provided they are in a reasonable condition.

Items must not be:

Excessively worn or damaged beyond normal use
Missing key components
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Return Process (RMA Required)
To initiate a return, you must contact our support team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

Steps:

Email our support team at contact@amareframes.com with your order number
Our team will review your request and provide return instructions
Ship the item back using the instructions provided
Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty or incorrect
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost returns

Refund Processing Time

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Your order number
Photos of the issue
We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible at no additional cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain items may not be eligible for return for hygiene or safety reasons. These will be clearly stated on the product page where applicable.

Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within a short window after purchase. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled and must go through the return process.
